Last Updated: August 20, 2026

1. INTRODUCTION

Auto Tech Robotics and its affiliates (hereinafter, “ATR,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), created this privacy policy to demonstrate our firm commitment to your privacy and the protection of your data. This policy covers how ATR manages information that may be used to identify you directly or indirectly (“Personal Information”) that you submit, or that we collect and receive on our website, together with any related web services or infrastructure tools (hereinafter collectively, “Services”).

ATR is a pure technology and software infrastructure provider. We develop customized algorithmic software, rent out pre-built algo tools, provide technical troubleshooting/consultancy, and offer high-speed Virtual Private Server (VPS) / Remote Desktop Protocol (RDP) environments. We do not manage funds, we are not brokers, we do not offer investment or trading advice, and we do not execute trades.

By visiting our website or using our Services, you acknowledge and agree that you have read and consent to the practices described in this Privacy Policy.

2. INFORMATION COLLECTION AND USAGE

We may collect the following types of Personal Information depending on the specific tech services you utilize:

  • Direct Information: Name, email address, physical address, telephone number, and communication logs provided during user registration, custom code requirement briefings, or technical support tickets.
  • Authentication Data: Usernames, passwords, and security verification data used strictly to secure your access to the ATR client dashboard.
  • Technical Log Data: Internet Protocol (IP) address, browser type, operating system, and system timestamps collected automatically for network security, server optimization, and infrastructure performance analysis.

We use this information solely as permitted by law for risk management, customer support, automated billing, and regulatory compliance under Section 43A of the Information Technology Act, 2000, and the Sensitive Personal Data or Information (SPDI) Rules, 2011.

3. CLIENT INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY & ALGO LOGIC PROTECTION

Since ATR provides technical consultancy and customized algorithmic software development, we deeply respect that your trading logic, proprietary strategies, mathematical rules, and custom source codes represent your exclusive Intellectual Property (IP).

  • • We strictly guarantee that any trading logic, strategy rules, or business ideas shared with us during the development or consultancy phase will be kept strictly confidential.
  • • ATR will never replicate, resell, publish, distribute, or share your customized algorithmic logic or source code with any third party without your explicit, prior written consent.
4. VPS / RDP DATA PRIVACY & ZERO-MONITORING POLICY

When you purchase, host, or rent a Virtual Private Server (VPS) or Remote Desktop Protocol (RDP) environment from ATR:

  • Zero Infrastructure Monitoring: ATR is responsible only for physical hardware upkeep, network uptime, and backend server connectivity. We do not monitor, access, view, or log any data, files, automated software, API keys, or broker login credentials running inside your isolated server environment.
  • Client Security Responsibility: The security of the operating system credentials inside the rented VPS/RDP and the management of any deployed trading tools remain the sole and absolute responsibility of the client.
5. INFORMATION SHARING AND DISCLOSURE

We do not sell, rent, lease, or trade your Personal Information, custom logic, or server logs to third parties for marketing purposes. We may only disclose minimal information under the following restricted scenarios:

  • Authorized Service Providers: With trusted third-party payment processors or standard cloud infrastructure vendors required strictly to process your billing or maintain server uptime.
  • Legal Compliance: To comply with a valid legal subpoena, court order, or mandatory directive issued by a competent government regulatory authority under applicable Indian laws.
6. HOW WE PROTECT YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION

We implement industry-standard technical and organizational security protocols to protect your personal records from unauthorized access, loss, or alteration. However, no digital transmission over the internet or server infrastructure can be guaranteed 100% secure. You are strictly required to keep your ATR account dashboard credentials and server passwords completely confidential.

7. COOKIES AND OTHER TRACKING TECHNOLOGIES

Our website utilizes cookies and similar web tracking tools to maintain your signed-in session state, optimize webpage loading speeds, and analyze anonymous traffic trends via performance tools (e.g., Google Analytics).

  • Essential Cookies: Required for client dashboard secure logins and network stability.
  • Analytics Cookies: Used strictly to study user navigation paths to enhance general user experience without personal identification.

8. LINKED THIRD PARTY WEBSITES

Our platform may provide external links to third-party portals solely for your technical convenience (e.g., payment gateways or charting platforms). Such linking does not imply that ATR endorses, controls, or is affiliated with those external entities. Accessing any third-party links is done entirely at your own financial and operational risk.

9. DATA RETENTION

We retain your personal account data for as long as your corporate subscription with ATR is active, or as required to fulfill our legal, accounting, and anti-fraud verification audits under Indian laws. When a legitimate technical or business need no longer exists, your records will be securely purged or completely anonymized.

10. RIGHTS RELATED TO YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION

Depending on your operational jurisdiction, you hold specific rights regarding the processing of your Personal Information:

  • Right to Correction: You have the absolute right to request updates or corrections to any inaccurate or outdated personal records managed by us.
  • Right to Deletion: You can request the removal or anonymization of your data from our active databases, provided it is no longer bound by active subscription billing, financial audits, or legal compliance mandates.
  • Right to Data Portability: You can request an electronic copy of the standard personal metrics you provided to us in a structured, machine-readable format.

Verification Protocol: To protect your structural logic and identity, only you or a verified legal agent can initiate these rights. We require multi-factor identity verification (via registered email or OTP) before executing any personal data access or erasure requests. Please note that requesting the absolute deletion of data will result in the immediate termination of your active ATR dashboard access and running server infrastructure.

11. CHILDREN'S PRIVACY

Our website, automation tools, and infrastructure server services are strictly restricted to individuals who are at least 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal metrics from minors. If we discover that a minor has bypassed security and submitted records, we will immediately wipe the data from our storage logs.

12. PAYMENT & INVOICING POLICY
  • Accepted Settlement Methods: Payments for ATR automated software rentals, custom algo engineering, technical consulting, and VPS/RDP server spaces can be cleared via Bank Wire (NEFT/RTGS/IMPS), Online Credit/Debit Cards, Net Banking, UPI, or corporate checks as mutually locked.
  • International Monetary Conversions: For international trade transactions, funds hitting our designated Indian bank account must strictly equal the exact milestone or subscription pricing in the agreed currency. Any shortfall caused by shifting currency exchange rates or intermediary banking wire fees must be settled by the client immediately.
  • Invoice Timelines: ATR will send formal digital invoices via email for any project milestones reached or subscription renewals due. The customer must clear the full balance within 7 days of the invoice issuance date.
  • Late Penalties & Discontinuation: Total cost matrices will be transparently broken down on every invoice. If an outstanding balance slips past the 7-day window, ATR reserves the right to levy late payment interest charges. Furthermore, ATR holds the absolute right to discontinue technical services, revoke customized software access, or completely terminate VPS/RDP server instances if bills remain unpaid.
13. PRIVACY POLICY CHANGES

ATR is continuously evolving its backend code, automation scripts, and server lines. As our technology architecture adapts, we may modify this Privacy Policy at our discretion. When updates roll out, the revised policy will immediately go live on this page with a fresh “Last Updated” marker. Periodically checking this document is your baseline responsibility. Continuing to access our portal signifies your formal agreement to the updated clauses.
